Ayurveda Seasons is a series of day-long wellness retreats offered by the Yoga Center of Columbia, each one timed to a turning point in the year. Led by Ayurvedacharya Rimmi Singh, these intimate gatherings blend Ayurvedic wisdom with yoga, meditation, nourishing food, and hands-on self-care — all designed to help you move through the seasons feeling balanced, grounded, and energized.

Ayurveda teaches that each season carries its own qualities and that small, intentional shifts in how we eat, move, and care for ourselves can make a meaningful difference in how we feel. These retreats bring that teaching to life in a warm, supportive setting just minutes from the studio.

Spring is a time to shake off winter's heaviness and welcome clarity and lightness. The spring retreat focuses on renewal — uplifting yoga, a warm Ayurvedic lunch, and your own take-home Kitchari Kit to continue the seasonal reset at home.

Summer invites us to cool down and soften the pace when Pitta's heat builds. The summer retreat offers cooling yoga practices, a refreshing Ayurvedic meal, and a custom Summer Spice Blend to help you stay balanced through the warmest months.
