It’s an opening to a new way of living

Yoga Teacher Training was a terrific experience and I'm grateful to have participated. Kelly and Lucy provide a warm and generous learning environment where we can learn about the yoga, the body, spirituality and ourselves. You gain much more from the experience than a credential.
