Semesters
At the Yoga Center of Columbia, our Semesters are multi-week series that unfold over several weeks — giving you time to build a practice, deepen your understanding, and feel real change. Usually hybrid — joinable in-studio in Columbia, Maryland or live online — semesters typically cover yoga, Pilates, meditation, qigong, mindfulness, chakras, nervous system regulation, yoga philosophy, and more, sometimes with special guest teachers.
The Yoga Center of Columbia has been offering mindfulness practices in Howard County since 1992. We welcome all abilities, all bodies, and all ages.
