Semesters Schedule
At the Yoga Center of Columbia, our Semesters are multi-week series that unfold over several weeks — giving you time to build a practice, deepen your understanding, and feel real change. Usually hybrid — joinable in-studio in Columbia, MD or live online — semesters typically cover yoga, pilates, meditation, qigong, mindfulness, chakras, nervous system regulation, yoga philosophy, and more, sometimes with special guest teachers.
