Many of our breath work classes are available in-studio in Columbia, MD and live-streamed online.

Beginner friendly. Pranayama is the yogic practice of breathing and directing the flow of prana, vital life force, within the body-mind structure. Breathing well is a skill and an art and can be practiced and improved, leading to more energy, better sleep, and an overal sense of enhanced well-being.
