Our Pilates classes are in-studio in Columbia, MD and live-stream online.

A challenging, flowing-paced mind-body practice that builds upon Pilates 1-2 with additional focus on strength, endurance, flexibility, and building a robust personal practice with a variety of foundational and challenging series and techniques. Each class features one of the following props: 1-6 pound weights, resistance bands, or a small, squishy Pilates ball (9"). Props are available at the studio; online participants provide their own. Students learn to incorporate exercises and principles from sports medicine to further increase strength. Appropriate for experienced, strong, aware Pilates practitioners with a desire to work towards deeper strength and endurance goals.
