Our Pilates classes are in-studio in Columbia, MD and live-stream online.

An advanced, flowing practice that elevates your Pilates work with seamless transitions, increased challenge, and dynamic rolling movements, including roll-over and boomerang (modifications are of course allowed). Each class features one of the following props: 1-6 pound hand and ankle weights, 12” loop resistance bands, Therabands, or a small, squishy Pilates ball (9"). Props are available at the studio; online participants provide their own. This class assumes fluency in Pilates vocabulary, cueing, and foundational exercises—general fitness alone does not prepare you for this level. Ideal for Pilates practitioners ready to deepen their practice with more complex sequences.
