Our Mobility Stretch classes are in-studio in Columbia, MD and live-stream online.

A gentle mindful body practice that builds upon Mobility Stretch 1 with deeper mobility and core work to further improve functional fitness and daily living. Improve movement, joint comfort, stability, strength, posture, and more. We'll use breath and body awareness to calm the nervous system while releasing tension patterns and improving movement quality. This class will help counteract a lifestyle full of sitting or desk work. Also appropriate for those with an active lifestyle seeking injury prevention and active recovery.
