Class Schedule
Our Mobility Stretch classes are in-studio in Columbia, MD and live-stream online.
Beginner friendly. A gentle mindful body practice that warms you up with gentle core stability exercises and then focuses on comfortable stretching, fascial release, and functional fitness. We'll use breath and body awareness to calm the nervous system while releasing tension patterns and improving movement quality. This class will help counteract a lifestyle full of sitting or desk work. Improve movement, joint comfort, stability, strength, posture, and more. Appropriate for all levels.
