Community Yoga Class Schedule

Our yoga classes are in-studio in Columbia, MD and live-streamed online.

Beginner friendly. A gentle mind-body practice taught by recent graduates of our RYT Yoga Teacher Training. Donations all go to our RYT Scholarship Fund.
