Venus Gravagna
Venus practices and teaches meditation to bring forth joy, clarity, and energy into our everyday lives. Her favorite meditation style is Chakra Meditation, which she has been practicing since the early ’90s and began teaching in 2004. Drawing from various Asian philosophical traditions—including mindfulness, naturalism, and balance—Venus presents a belief in interconnectedness, and the potential for enlightenment in each of us. Venus brings to her teaching the completion of several month-long meditation retreats, is a RYT 200 Kundalini Yoga instructor, and holds a Master of Arts degree in Buddhist Studies.
