What are your current areas of interest related to your practice?

Meditation is what led me to yoga. Outside of meditation and yoga, I am a Reiki healer. I hope to take a deeper dive into energy medicine and Brain Longevity Therapy.

Besides teaching yoga, how do you spend your time?

Outside of yoga, I work as an Administrative Management Specialist for the National Ocean Service. My hobbies include exploring what interests me and making a comfortable transition into retirement from my day job. Finding yoga, meditation, and other modalities has allowed me to dream and create a second career serving my community.

What to expect in class: Natalie enjoys extending freedom and motivation to others by incorporating meditation into her classes. She lives in a spirit of gratefulness and relishes the opportunity to share her love of yoga with others.

Natalie has been a Registered Yoga Teacher since 2022 and has taught with the Yoga Center of Columbia since graduating from the Yoga Center of Columbia's own cornerstone Yoga Teacher Training program! In addition to teaching yoga, Natalie is a certified meditation teacher, life coach, and a second-degree Reiki healer. She considers herself a coach from the mat and a longevity energy strategist. She recently completed a Brain Longevity Therapy Training certification, a research-based certification program in yoga and integrative medicine for brain health and healthy aging. She is scheduled to complete a 75-hour energy and sound healing facilitation program in June 2025.
