Qigong Classes

At the Yoga Center of Columbia, Qigong (sometimes spelled Qi Gong or Chi Kung) is a gentle, ancient practice that combines slow flowing movement, breath, and quiet attention. Often called "meditation in motion," Qigong is accessible for nearly every body — no flexibility, strength, or experience required.

Students often experience better balance, less stress, improved sleep, more ease in chronic pain or stiffness, and a steadier nervous system. Beyond the physical, many find Qigong builds focus, calm, and a deeper sense of connection to their own energy and breath.
