  • Registration is simple
    1) Log-in or create new account
    2) Purchase your Pass here
    3) Reserve your classes from the schedule or from your teacher's page.

    On the schedule page, click the Full Session button to see and register for all or multiple dates of that class. Click on the Single Class button to register for that single class. Online and in-studio options available for many classes.

    3) Go to the Schedule or your teacher's page, click the Full Session button to reserve your classes, and follow the prompts.

  • Yes! If you are brand new to us you may try your first class free. We welcome you! From the Class Pass Page. if you are new to us, choose Free Class, if you are continuing with us, purchase a Single Class, then go to the Schedule to reserve that Single Class. Be sure to register for an appropriate level class.

    If you then decide to register for the remainder of the session, you can do so at the pro-rated cost by purchasing a Pass for the rest of the session.

  • Absolutely! There are two ways to create a customized schedule:

    1) Purchase one Drop-In class at a time, and reserve using the Single In-Studio or Single Online choices on the Schedule.

    2) Purchase a Pass from the options (offered at a discount per class!) and reserve using the Single In-Studio or Single Online choices on the Schedule.

    Class Passes provide savings from the drop-in rate, and the more classes you purchase, the more you save however, your Class Pass must be used completely before the end of the session. We offer many pass options: check them our on our Class Pass Page!

  • You are in control of managing your classes, and you may do so at any time from your My Account Page. To make up a class, you first must cancel the class you are missing in advance. We encourage you to reserve your make-up class promptly. If you do not use your class, your class credit will remain in your account until the end of the session. All makeup class credits must be used by the end of the session. To cancel and make up a class:

    1) Log in to visit your My Account page. Here, you will see your current list of classes. Remove the class you will be missing by clicking the Cancel button. Refresh the page to ensure that your class credit updates to your account. You must remove your class in advance; we do not refund missed classes that have already occurred.

    2) Click the Reserve A Class button from your My Account page to return to the Schedule. Find the make-up class that you wish to attend. Click the Single Class button to reserve your make-up class.

  • You must be logged into your Yoga Center of Columbia account to access your online classes. You may access your Zoom class by logging into your account and either:

    1) From your email in the same browser session as your Yoga Center of Columbia account, click the link to your Zoom class that you received upon registration

    2) From the My Account page, click the green Camera icon or the Join Now button for your class

    3) From the Schedule page, click the green Camera icon or the Join Now button for your class

  • We recommend bringing your own mat, blankets, blocks and/or straps to class yoga class, if you have them. We do have a limited number of props for our students' use in our studio. See our Policies page for guidelines.

  • If you have your own mat, blankets, blocks and/or strap, please bring them to class. We also have props in the studio that you may use.

    It is best to have a somewhat empty stomach for mindful movement practices. Avoid eating a large meal for two hours before class. Small snacks are fine. Listen to your body and its needs.

  • If you have any physical or medical conditions, please consult your physician before starting any new exercise program and inform your instructor at the first class.

    If you wish to contact your instructor prior to your class, most instructors provide a method of contact on their profile on the Our Teachers page.   • Browse our class Descriptions page for details on our Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Qigong, and specialty class offerings. We have classes for all abilities, all bodies, all ages. You can also search the schedule by individual instructor. Choose your teacher, and view their bio to see their class schedule.

  • Our online classes are not cancelled due to inclement weather. If we need to cancel in-studio classes due to hazardous weather, we will place a voice mail message on our phone answering machine at least two hours before your scheduled class. (410) 720-4340. If no cancellation message is found, your class will be held in-studio. On inclement weather days, in-studio registrants of hybrid classes will be switched to Zoom and sent an email two hours before class. Check your email for your notification and link. You are welcome to switch the class to another if you need.

  • The Yoga Center of Columbia is closed for regular classes for one week over July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, and for 1-2 weeks over the winter holidays and New Year's. We do offer workshops and other single-date classes during some of these closures. Classes will be held on all other holidays during our sessions.

  • If you discover that you can no longer attend class, please contact the front desk as soon as possible. Refunds may be available and are considered on a case-by-case basis based on the date you contact us, not the number of unattended classes. There are no refunds available after the close of the past session.

  • Visit our Gift Cards page while logged into your account to purchase gift cards. Provide the gift card amount, delivery date, your preferred style, recipient information, and payment information and click Submit Payment. You may also come into the studio to purchase a physical gift card.

  • Most instructors provide a method of contact on their profile on the Our Teachers page. If you need further assistance with communicating directly with a teacher, contact the front desk during our office hours at (410) 720-4340 or email info@columbiayoga.com.

  • Before your workshop begins, click the Cancel button from the Schedule page or from the Classes tab in your My Account page, then confirm that you want to unregister. You will receive an email confirmation. The credit for the workshop will go into your account.
