Before the yoga nidra meditation, we will discuss the concept of sankalpa in greater depth and you will spend time reflecting upon what you need most in your life to feel balanced and at ease.
Bringing a journal, or paper and pen is highly recommended. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice done laying on the floor, so dress comfortably.
