Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra with Karla Kettler

Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra, or Yogic sleep, is a guided meditative practice that deeply relaxes your body, as well as your emotional and mental systems.

It allows the listener to release deeply held tension and stress, coming to a state of profound calm and clarity.

This practice is simultaneously relaxing and energizing, and helps us connect with our true Self. Each workshop will consist of a short talk and warm up, followed by a 45 minute yoga nidra practice with the student comfortably lying down.

Please wear comfortable clothes.
