This mini-session is perfect for those who have never taken a yoga class before or for those with little yoga experience. Explore the foundations of yoga and work at a slower pace. Learn the basics, including how to set up your practice space and the typical flow of a yoga class. See how yoga can enhance your life by practicing basic postures, breathing and relaxation techniques. Modifications will be provided for every pose. Start wherever you are and build toward the future!
