Bring your seven main chakras into balance using the four principles of a Yin Yoga practice.

We will briefly explore the main chakra energy centers and then bring them into harmony with the use of time and gravity in a Yin Yoga practice.

In addition to this balancing practice, we will physically strengthen our connective tissues, joints and fascia. Meditatively, a Yin practice promotes receptivity in understanding our reactions to life situations. It is a simple practice but challenging and rewarding.
