Designed for babies 6-weeks old until crawling and their caregivers.
This class will teach gentle stretching and movement techniques for baby to promote healthy digestion, enhance bonding, and improve sleep. Caregivers will learn breathing and meditation techniques to cultivate patience and enhance relaxation. A wonderful opportunity to meet other parents and caregivers in the community, get support, and share resources.
Please bring a receiving blanket for baby. No prior yoga experience needed. To ensure an intimate class experience, we ask that caregivers refrain from bringing siblings outside of the age range.
