[Thursdays: April 11 - May 30] Experienced practitioners from the Still Water Mindfulness Practice Center Community will lead an exploration of mindfulness and meditation as taught in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh.
We will talk about our experiences with mindfulness and share ideas to help you establish a meditation practice. Mindfulness is a gift you can give to yourself to calm your mind, lighten your heart and to transform your suffering.
We will share "how to" approaches to sitting meditation, walking meditation and other practices that can be incorporated into your daily life. No prior meditation experience is needed. A fee reduction is possible for anyone for whom the cost of the course would be a hardship.
