Yoga For Runners with Katie Huber

Yoga for Runners will include 5 yoga practices designed especially for runners:

  • Pre-run Yoga practice
  • Post-run Yoga practice
  • "Rest Day" Yoga practice
  • Core and Strength Yoga practice
  • Restorative Yoga practice to relieve tired muscles

This workshop will also include breathing techniques for training, recovery and relaxation.
