(Saturdays, Mar. 3 - Mar. 24) Are you new to yoga or have little yoga experience? Are you considering taking a class? This mini-session is designed for you! We will start from the beginning and work at a slower pace. Learn how to set up your yoga practice space, the uses of various props along with the typical flow of a class. See how yoga can enhance your life by practicing basic postures, breathing and relaxation techniques.
All levels are welcome! Modifications will be provided for every pose. Start wherever you are and build toward the future!
