This extra special event will take yoga bliss to a new level while providing a reboot to the nervous system. Spend an afternoon gently releasing stress in the body and mind with Restorative Yoga enhanced by 10 minutes of individual, hands-on Zero Balancing, resting on a massage table.
The workshop will begin with a brief introduction to Restorative Yoga and Zero Balancing (ZB). Then students will spend 2 hours practicing Restorative yoga poses. During the yoga practice, students will be invited individually to rest on the massage table fully clothed) for a unique, hands-on Zero Balancing session.
Zero Balancing is a gentle, hands-on modality that supports and aligns each person’s physical structure with their energetic health. Through light finger pressure and gentle traction, ZB invites the release of deeply held tensions in the bones, joints and soft tissues.
