(Mondays, July 16 - Aug. 13; 12:15pm - 1:00pm) Share in your child's yoga experience through thematic based play, games, songs and stories which begin to build the framework of their yoga practice. Come join in this healthy and non-competitive activity in a welcoming and accepting atmosphere. Some rewards of yoga for preschool aged children include:
- Increased balance, strength and coordination
- Increased body awareness using poses and breathing techniques
- Increased confidence, focus and self-esteem
Previous yoga experience is not needed. Younger siblings are welcome, space permitting.
