- Learn why diets don’t work (hint: it is NOT your fault), and how they can even worsen your health
- Shift your focus from losing weight to increasing health (they are NOT the same thing)
- Begin to love and accept your body just as it is NOW
- Develop mindful eating practices that will help you learn to fully enjoy food and stop emotional eating
- Experience joyful movement through yoga (wear comfortable clothes that you can move in)
