[Saturdays: November 11 - December 9 (Classes will be held 11/11, 11/18, 12/2 & 12/9)]
If you are new to yoga or have little yoga experience and are considering taking a class, this mini-session is designed for you! We'll start from the beginning, working at a slower pace, so you will feel comfortable doing yoga. Learn how to set up your yoga practice space, the uses of various props along with the typical flow of a class. See how yoga can enhance your life by practicing basic postures, breathing and relaxation techniques.
All levels are welcome! Modifications will be provided for every pose. Start wherever you are and build toward the future!
