Our Bodies Hold Our Stories (6-wk Mini-Session) with Kim Flyr

(Sundays, October 8 - November 12; 6:00pm - 8:00pm)  Most of us move through life on warp-speed, with little time or support to skillfully process life events. Meanwhile, our bodies hold our stories - where do you feel yours?! Narrative medicine is a research-based, growing field that understands that we all have an inherent ability to live with more vibrancy, ease, and health by harnessing the power of these stories. Together we will relax, stretch, write, and listen our way to greater well-being! This mini-session will include:

  • How to write your story out of your body (prompted journal writing)
  • Compassionate listening to yourself and others
  • Gentle yoga
  • Mindfulness and conscious relaxation techniques

This mini-session is for anyone, including those who:

  • want to live with greater health, connection, peace, and even joy
  • are experiencing or have experienced a challenging life experience of any kind
  • feel good on a yoga mat but struggle to take that feeling out into life (or have never been on a yoga mat!)
  • are caregivers - personally or professionally

Free Class:  Sunday, October 1:  4:00pm - 6:00pm

[Cost: $108]  [Flier]  [Register]
