When diet is wrong, medicine is of no use, when diet is correct, medicine is of no need.” In this workshop, you will: learn the Ayurveda principles, discover the healing powers of Ayurveda food, herbs and spices, learn to balance your Dosha for a healthy Spring Season, and sample delicious Ayurveda inspired recipes.
(Thursdays, April 11 - May 16) Learn this beautiful and graceful Chinese health exercise that opens the body’s energy flow. This complete program of empowered self-care blends ancient Chinese & Tibetan techniques that address the specific health issues unique to women. Completion of this mini-session enables you to participate in the Women’s Qigong 2 classes.
(Thursdays, April 11 - May 9) This 5-week mini-session is designed to Improve postural problems, Increase core strength, prevent injury, create strong muscles, refine coordination and balance through body awareness, and build functional strength and endurance. These classes cover the basic mat work series of this whole body workout system created by Joseph Pilates. For beginners, no Pilates experience necessary. Missed Pilates classes can be made up in any other class or our regular or mini-session schedule.

Rest, Relax, Reflect! Rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit with 90 minutes of de-stressing. This will be a hands-on experience with Reiki healing energy to your head and shoulders and reflexology therapy to your ears and feet while reclining in yoga restorative postures - total relaxation. Limited to 5 participants. Please plan to arrive five minutes before the session begins.
Is there an exercise ball hiding in your closet? Bring your ball and learn how to use it effectively and safely. By stabilizing yourself on the wobbly ball, you will learn exercises that challenge your core to new levels. Strengthen your back, abdomen and hip muscles. Sculpt your legs, shoulders and arms. Learn how to incorporate a ball into a short cardio routine. Finally use the support of the ball to stretch, lengthen and relax. Have a ball with us, so you can use your ball at home! These workshops are not recommended for exercise novices.
