During this 5 week mini session, students will learn the building blocks of a yoga practice. This mini session is perfect for those with little or no yoga experience. Learn to set up your space to practice and how to use props to support the body during poses. Move at a gentle pace, supporting the body as needed in poses. Experience the flow of a typical yoga class, with yoga breathing techniques, meditation and basic poses that focus on flexibility, strength and balance. See how beneficial a yoga practice can be for the mind and body!
