Millions of Americans have sleep problems. Whether you can't fall asleep easily, wake up and can't get back to sleep, and/or wake up feeling tired, your mental, emotional and physical health is impaired. This workshop will review some of the basics of sleep hygiene, and give you some evidence-based mindbody skills. The heart of the workshop will be demonstration of variety of practices to support and enhance your sleep, including a guided iRest meditation designed specifically for sleep. Participants will practice key sleep inducing exercises and walk away with materials and recorded practices to improve this essential function of human life.
Appropriate for both experienced yogis and those brand new to yoga and/or meditation.
