For parents, caregivers, & teachers working with ages 3 to 13.
Through active involvement, participants will learn practical skills, strategies, and techniques on how to implement mindfulness and relaxation skills as a form of behavior management for children of all abilities in their home/ classroom environments.
Participants will learn and experience firsthand that there is a noticeable quality of harmony & calm in an environment where mindfulness is practiced. Participants will learn how children become more aware of themselves, their feelings, their thoughts, and their bodies. Participants will learn how children become aware of their responses and actions towards others. They are less reactive, impulsive, and are more resilient and adaptable.
